our recent stay at the cottage was absolutely perfect. we had previously stayed in king's lynn, but this time, during our honeymoon trip, the grade II listed cottage exceeded all our expectations. the homely and spacious accommodation, along with the welcoming touch of a basket filled with goodies, made us feel right at home. the open shower and free-standing bath, complete with bubble bath and shower gel, were delightful. the well-equipped kitchen and convenient location to the city center were the cherry on top.

Stayed at a "spacious" cottage with "free parking" that conveniently lacked mirrors, functional toilets, and heat. Towels were a nice touch though!

Just loved how the cottage didn't have any of the basic necessities one would expect. It's like they were trying to create a medieval experience!

The facilities provided were also satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable stay. The welcome basket was a nice touch and added to the homely atmosphere of the accommodation. The open shower and free-standing bath were particularly enjoyable, complete with complimentary bubble bath and shower gel. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. it was a lovely and spacious accommodation finished to a high standard.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. We noticed a need for some touch-up paint in certain areas, which seemed to be an ongoing issue.

The value for money at this Grade II Listed Cottage was exceptional, with a spacious and homely feel that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center, and the staff treated us with great care and attention.

The breakfast selection could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Spacious and clean accommodation, good location. Beautiful property, great location.

No hot water so couldn't have a shower in the morning. the boiler stopped working on our final morning, no response from the owner.
